Shipping Charges

Shipments within Greece are free of charge.

Shipment costs outside Greece are calculated upon checkout.

Delivery Time

Upon completion of your order and as long as the product is available, the shipping times are as follows:

-For shipments within Attica, it takes 3-5 working days

-For shipments outside Attica, it takes 3-10 working days

-For shipments to hard-to-reach areas, it takes 3-15 working days

-For shipments to Europe, it takes 3-7 working days

-For shipments outside Europe, it takes 5-15 working days

In case the product is expected or sold out, the customer is informed by email about the progress of his order.

Order Tracking

As soon as the package is delivered to the cooperating courier company, the customer receives an email with the tracking number or link. The shipment can be searched using this number/ link in the corresponding field on the official courier’s website.

Refunds and Returns

The store does not issue refunds nor accept returns under any circumstances unless the customer has received a defective product. In this case, the customer sends a photo of the defective product to info@ichorstudio.gr and if the return/ refund is approved, he proceeds to send it back to the store at the recipient’s expense and on the assumption that its package has not been destroyed. A receipt is required for each return.
